Lost/Stolen
If your phone or YubiKey that you’re using to authenticate through DUO is lost or stolen, you should be able to use the device you still have to authenticate.
If both your phone AND YubiKey are lost or stolen, contact your school’s TSA or Principal appointed individual immediately. They will make sure the devices can’t be used to authenticate access to your accounts. School administration team will request a new password and a new YubiKey from the Technology Department.
Maybe you spoke too soon when you reported your device as lost or stolen. That’s ok–we appreciate it when you act quickly to protect your accounts. It’s easy to add your existing device back to DUO for authentication. Use the “Add New Device” guide to continue using your found device for authentication.
