2022-2023 Superintendent’s Evaluations

Utilizing the Georgia Superintendent Evaluation Instrument (GSEI), the Hall County School Board completed its annual evaluation of Superintendent Will Schofield. All five school board members rated 42 dimensions, representing 6 general tasks. The Board also provided numerous qualitative statements articulating strengths and areas for improvement. The average numerical ratings of the 6 tasks are listed below:
