The “Balanced Scorecard serves as the ever-changing roadmap for our district” (Schofield, 2007), guiding us to inspire students to achieve at higher levels while realizing our district mission of Character, Competency, and Rigor for All. The performance goals in our Balanced Scorecard are organized into the three categories that represent our mission: Character, Competency, and Rigor. Within each category are related goals to ensure we remain focused on our mission and allow us a method by which we can measure our progress toward achieving our mission.
