Dual Enrollment
Georgia’s Dual Enrollment program provides eligible high school students (10th, 11th, & 12th) the opportunity to enroll in college or university prior to their high school graduation and to take courses which result in both college and high school credit. Tuition, books and mandatory fees are paid for by the Dual Enrollment program.

Student Services has provided a step-by-step process for applying for dual enrollment. Your college and career coordinator or counselor is happy to help if you have questions or get stuck on a step. Be sure to contact your college and career coordinator or counselor giving yourself ample time before deadlines. Please note: It is the student’s responsibility to make sure all applications, forms, and required documents are submitted by the college’s deadline.
Please note that Howard E. Ivester Early College is part of the Dual Enrollment program. The Ivester Early College campus is an extension of Breanu University, Lanier Technical College and the University of North Georgia. Classes taken at Early College appear on the student’s high school and college transcripts under the name of the college the class was taken through, not as Early College.
Also note that LCCA offers dual enrollment classes that are an extension of Lanier Technical College. Classes taken at LCCA appear on the student’s high school and college transcripts under the name of Lanier Technical College, not LCCA.
